Wishing you all a Happy New Year!

I would like to thank all of you for making Jones County 4-H a success in 2011. In 2011 Jones County 4-H continued with the job shadowing project at Jones Middle School, had all four elementary schools involved in school enrichment, had a successful summer program that included two scholarship recipients, three being inducted into the 4-H Honor Club, had 5 4-Hers participating in state presentation competitions, one 4-Her finishing out his year as a district officer, while another started his year as a district officer,  and had 4-Hers trying lots of new things!
This fall we saw the formation of a brand new club - The Lords and Ladies of Comfort! Finally the year ended on a high note with winter break workshops and a trip to Mike's Farm. Thank you all for a great year!!! Looking forward to accomplishing even more in 2012.
Final reminder of 2011 - 4-H record books are due on Jan. 6, should you need any assistance please feel free to make an appointment with the 4-H agent.  Here a few pictures from 2011!
